I have tried to purchase a film however it states I have insufficient credit on my account

I have tried to purchase a film- Barbie. It says I cannot purchase the film as I have insufficient credit on my account. I pay direct debit monthly.

@PaulRowe1You will have to call Sky and ask them to raise the limit on your card(I believe its set to £0 by default).
