I have downloaded a UHD film Denzel Washington, but my telly is only compatible with HD. I would like to change the film from UHD to HD so I can watch it and I would like a refund on my UHD prescription as I've been sold this. I've been paying it for many months without any use

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI doubt very much that Sky will reimburse the charges for the UHD add-on. They aren't going to know the capability of your TV set. You need to call Sky and ask to cancel the UHD add-on giving the required notice of 31 days.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWas the film a rented one, if so just delete it and delete it again from the deleted folder. As you haven't started to view it then you should not be charged for it.
