I have downloaded a UHD film, Danville, Washington equaliser three and my telly is not compatible I

I have downloaded a UHD film Denzel Washington, but my telly is only compatible with HD. I would like to change the film from UHD to HD so I can watch it and I would like a refund on my UHD prescription as I've been sold this. I've been paying it for many months without any use

I doubt very much that Sky will reimburse the charges for the UHD add-on. They aren't going to know the capability of your TV set. You need to call Sky and ask to cancel the UHD add-on giving the required notice of 31 days.

Was the film a rented one, if so just delete it and delete it again from the deleted folder. As you haven't started to view it then you should not be charged for it.

If it is a Buy and Keep film you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support, they have a live chat that is available from 11am and can be found here:
