I have bought my first movie on the sky store but
The movie wont play through the web broswer. I tryed on microsoft edge, firefox and chrome. The movie will play through the sky store app on my phone but when I try and play it on my pc as the sky store desktop wont work due to that Widevine components thing, so I want to play it on the web browser and a error saying error licensing your video. I am not sure what to now and any help would be appreciated.

Re: I have bought my first movie on the sky store but
Yours is the third "widevine" error message post I've seen this week @WardCraft
It's not a universal problem as my Skystore desktop app works fine for me on Windows 11.
I've not seen a solution posted so all I can suggest is you see what the Skystore support team have to suggest on livechat
normally open 11 to 19.30 on weekdays and Saturdays. Not sure about bank holiday Monday but worth a try today
if they know what the problem is would you mind posting back about it

Re: I have bought my first movie on the sky store but
i have this same issue and a cannot figure out how to solve it, ive use 3 different browsers to no avail, 404 usually means it cant be found so to me it sounds like a problem on skys end and a bad installer
