I was given a choice of a free movie and chose Maverick and it was to buy and keep but I can't see it on my sky store but had an email saying it should be there. Can you help

Do you have Sky Q ? Have you looked in Recordings / purchases ?

If it's not there - see if it appears in your Skystore account online and select "Send to Sky box"

On what device did you order the film and have you ordered films before on it and if so have they appeared on your Sky box ?
