I have been offered a movie as a VIP but do not have a smartphone and therefore no app?

I am a SKY VIP customer and been offered a free movie but it seems you can only choose this through an app.

I do not have a smartphone does that mean I cannot take advantage of this?

You might still be able to claim it so try logging into the Sky Store website here and select one of these films to see if the price appears for you as £0.00:

If it does then you can go ahead and complete the purchase, the film be available via your Sky box as well.

If these do not show as £0.00 then give Sky a call as they might be able to claim this for you.

The answer would have been helpful if it had actually worked, which it didn't.

I could not be bothered to hold on the 'phone to speak to someone at Sky so will just not bother.
