I need a refund of the £7.99 I have been charged plus £1.00. I have the film on my Sky account on my mobile, but I can't transfer it to my TV

Hi @DAnderson1
If you purchased the movie on your phone, if it was a Buy and Keep film then you can watch it by installing the Sky Store app on your phone as well as a Sky box you might have. If it was a rented film and you purchased it via the phone then you can only watch it via the Sky Store app on your phone and not on your Q box

To use the code you have to add it to your online Sky account and then order the film online as well, that way you shouldn't be charged if the value of the film you choose doesn't go over the value of the code you were sent.
You could try speaking to Sky Store support to see what they say, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
