I did not receive a copy of my complimentary Batman video
I was sent an email inviting me to collect a free/complimentary copy of Batman (lego) I did not receive it and my grandchildren were very disappointed. I have just received a further email asking if I enjoyed the copy - which then 'reminds' me I did not receive it - could you please send one out for me? thankyou Mrs G Penrose.

We are customers here only.
The Batman Lego film was free via your Sky box for a limited time so you had to download it to your box only, I'm afraid you are to late now to download it as it is now chargeable.
