I have tried to order a film on sky cinema. It says there is insufficient credit left on my feeling card. Don't understand what that means I should be able to order a film and it be billed to me at the end of the month.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe message is a little bit misleading as it usually means that either your account hasn't been set up for Store Purchases or it has but the spending limit is £0 meaning nothing can be ordered.
Either way I'm afraid nothing can be done now as all contact options are closed due to it being New Years even so from tomorrow from 8.30am you should be able to call Sky about this.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
