Hi 👋
I'm a SKY SILVER VIP , so I get the free movies etc ... however when I try to claim it on my SKYGLASS I get a message stating "sorry because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service " etc.... I can watch the film on the SKYSTORE on my phone with no issues (I haven't actually watched the films I just know I can cos they load up ready for me to proceed ) but I haven't watch d them on my phone as I'm concerned it'll add to the difficulty I'm already experiencing besides I want to watch it on a large screen not an iPhone screen.
anyone got any ideas or suggestions please??

I managed to fix the issue somehow, it just suddenly worked
So maybe what you advised done the trick after all

Do you mean switching it off at the mains , rather than just using remote?
