I can’t sign in to sky store on my iPad

I can't sign in to Sky store on my iPad... every now and again it asks me to sign in, in fact just tried it my iPhone and it's not working - is there a problem with the service???

What is happening when you try to sign in, do you see an error message and if so what does it say ?

there must an bug on the sky store app as the andriod sky store app is not working also.

Hey I still can't sign in.... site says there's a problem but this has been going on for over a week now - and I can't complain as I can't get into the site at all argh it's so frustrating
