I can't get the free VIP movie teen titans go! To the movies it's trying to charge me £7.99

im eligible and I've been on chat but it's cut off and not working! 

help please

Yes I was talking to them but got cut off and the chat wasn't live again 🥲 they are saying I'm not entitled which I am...

Does it appear in the VIP section of the app for you and have you been able to claim previous free Sky Store film giveaways ?

Sky store chat is still not available, can have emailed last week too but have not had a reply so can't contact sky store very frustrating

Yes it appears in the vip section of the app and I got the email too 😊 I still can't use chat it not available

It is showing as being available to me so you just need to give it time for an agent to become available:

If Sky "Live Chat" is available but timeouts and reports unavailable wait a few minutes and try again... and keep trying... there are a limited number of sessions available!
