I can't get any of my purchased films to play
I have a number of purchased films showing in my library but none of them will play.
I select the film, enter the pin and all that displays is a blue screen with 'more like this' menu at the bottom.
My original Q box was replaced and I was told that any purchases would still be available.
Is there a process required to access them again on the new box other than registering on skystore.com?

@Supertr00per you could log into the Sky store app goto my library and try sending them to your box again
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Ive never registered with skystore; is it a separate site requiring new account etc?

@Supertr00per Sky store is where you can buy the latest films etc from Sky online ie https://www.skystore.com/ I log in with the same details as i do to get on the forum but I cannot remember if i created the same login or it was always the same login
