I can't find my rented movie on my sky box. It's not showing up under rentals
I am registered with Sky Store but it wouldn't let me rent the movie via my sky box so I couldn't get the discount, so not happy about this, but also I can't find it on my sky box in my rentals. I ordered via the sky store on my phone in the end. Please help. Thanks.

unfortunately if you rent on your phone - you can't send such a rental to your Sky box. (you can only send buy and keep purchases)
If you have bought on your phone, you can send most rentals (although not Premiere Rentals) to your TV if you have a Chromecast. If you happen to have a recent LG TV you can watch directly on that using the built in sky store app.
There is a live chat to the Skystore team but I don't think it's open till 11am Monday. You might be able to get through today by phone if you want to contact them

This is all sorted now. The very nice amazing sky engineer on the phone talked me through it all!

Sky store 20% discount hasn't been applied to my sky store rental
I have sky cinema. A sky engineer had to help me reset my sky box because I should have been able to order sky store movies via my sky box and couldn't. This is all sorted now but the sky engineer was meant to be calling me back to confirm my 20% sky store discount had been manually applied. He hasn't. Sky, please confirm you have now applied this! I am not happy that you haven't followed up on this.

I haven't seen the "20% off rentals" for a few weeks now. It's not a permanent offer and perhaps it's stopped
As @Daniel0210 suggests- contacting the Skystore team would be the best option. They can advise you if it was in place at the time you rented (it was rentals only by the way, not purchases)
The live chat opens at 11am - if you are free - log on a few minutes before 11am to get in the queue
