I recently signed up to Sky Glass but I can't seem to find Sky Store anywhere?!

Sound like you have an issue with the remote rather than the puck.
select movies
scroll all the way to the bottom you should see sky movies then next to that is sky store.

"To watch any Sky Store purchases, you’ll need to use the Sky Store app (through the Movies > Apps menu) on Sky Glass. Or you can use voice control and say "open Sky Store". Then just log in with your Sky iD details."

Ok, I've managed to load the Sky Store app now but it's not recognising my Sky login, says my password is incorrect even though I know it's right.

Although you are sure of your login details - the logical thing to try would be to reset your username and or password

Sky store is just dreadful on sky glass not all my movies will play and restore purcheses will not work. For now at least you cant link sky store to your main sky account which means any new purcheses have to be paid by credit or debit card and cant be added to your Sky bill.
I used to have Sky Q and 3 mini boxes which counted as one device, I now have Sky Glass and 3 sky pucks all devices are separate and would take me up to the 4 maximum devices registered that you can have on Sky Store, this would also mean it would take me till next March before i could get all my Sky Glass products into sky Store as you can only change 1 device per moth.

Ok, Sky just told me I have 2 free movies, to go into Sky Store and pick them
So I went into 'Movies' and then 'Apps' and clicked ,'Sky Store'. 3 times it told me the app isn't currently available, then on the 4th attempt, the screen went black and I eventually had to power of the puck and power it on again.
So 'Happy Christmas, Sky' - you gave me something which I can't access.
Also the row of SKY Channels disappears and appears whenever. This is a shame as it is the one thing I really like about this system - the (sometimes) access to Sky Channels.
I need it fixing, Sky!!!

The trouble with that is that speech recognition doesn't seem to work with my Sky Glass puck

I did finally get into the Sky Store from the Movies, Apps, Sky Store - as you described.
I don't know why the speech control doesn't work, because the remote works for everything else. I am going to investigate further.

The latest on voice control - I re con figured my remote again, and now I have the voice control - so you were right - it was apparently a remote problem.

Hello I previously had normal sky Q and have about 50 movies in there I can't seem to get them on sky glass the guy at sky says go into the app it gives you the option to do something but that's not true
