Can't find the movie I bought

Find out moreDid you purchase the movie on your phone, if so and it was a Buy and Keep film then you can watch it by installing the Sky Store app on your phone as well as a Sky box you might have. If it was a rented film and you purchased it via the phone then you can only watch it via the Sky Store app on your phone.

So you wouldn't be able to watch it on an iPad if bought on an iPhone?

This is the wording from the Skystore help pages
"Buy & Keep
The movies and TV shows you buy at skystore.com will be available on all your registered devices. You can register up to four devices and watch on any of them. Once you reach your device limit of four, you can swap an existing device for a new one. You can make one change a month.
If you have Sky TV, you can send your Buy & Keep movies and TV shows to your compatible Sky box. Your Sky TV account must be linked to your Sky Store account. You can do this easily at skystore.com. Here's how:
1) Sign in to your Sky Store account
2) Click on your name in the top right hand corner to go to 'My account' then scroll down to 'My Sky account'
3) Click 'Link My account' on the right hand side and fill in the necessary details
Rent
If you rent a movie on your Sky box, you can only watch it on that box. If you rent a movie on your registered device, it'll be available on all your devices but you can only watch on one at a time".

Yes you can, even if it is a rented film as you can watch these online via your registered devices but not via your Sky box. Buy and Keep can be watched on all your devices and Sky boxes.

So you can watch on any of your mobile devices not just the one used to rent the content - GOOD!

I hope my post above (post 4) clarifies what devices you can view on - depending on whether it's a purchase or rental - and depending on which platform you made the transaction.

My post in quote marks is directly taken from the Skystore website and I'm confident it's correct
