I bought Wonka on Sky store but have rented it in UHD and my tv is not compatible. How do I cancel this purchase?

Hi @FionaBT As long as you haven't tried to play it (even for a split second) you will not be charged. Delete the download, and then delete it from the Deleted section. You should then be able to rent and download the correct version.
