I am unable to download any films from the sky store

Every time I call sky I am getting fobed off

all I am trying todo is download a film fro the sky store but it won't let me 

I am a sky vip gold member but I think the service sky provides is disgusting 

Can some one please help me or I'm leaving

I'll make a suggestion but we may need a bit more information to offer some better ideas 

 

if you are getting a message about credit limit or similar - this can be because your limit for renting / buying films has become set to £0

@Charlotte992  You're not talking to Sky, you are actually addressing fellow customers, who won't care if you threaten to leave, neither will Sky, the option is yours to choose. 

 

Using threats to leave won't motivate Sky to call you either, you should be aware of that.

 

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
