I am trying to buy a film for tonight but my account just keeps saying I am not enabled

To purchase from Sky Store you need to set up a Sky Store Account.

Best to contact Sky Store directly.
Live chat is normally available 11am - 7:30pm Monday to Saturday.  However don't know what hours they are currently operating.

Your only option today it to call the usual Sky number. 

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
