I am inable to rent in sky store. Reached my credit limit. Need to change my spend cap?

When you rent a film now it come straight  out of your bank account  that you have  registered  with them before you can watch  the film  you want to  rent

Your spending  cap as far as i am aware  is what you set on your  sky mobile phone not aware  of a spending  cap  on sky store, not something  that i have seen

I have just checked  my sky store app on my sky glass tv  an there is no where i can see to set-up  a spending  cap on it not sure  what you have been using, can you  please  give  us more information about the  spending  cap

There is a spending cap held on your Skystore account which I understand is in place to help avoid accidental or unintentional purchases. 

it seems to be set or reset at £0 until the customer agrees what they would like the limit to be 

it is set up by the Skystore support team who you can contact by live chat - but they don't work Sundays (I'm not sure about Easter Monday )

@peter-marlow+1966  there is no spend cap as such , what the op is experiencing is an insufficient credit limit on their viewing card or sky store account
