How to watch a film

I bought a film on sky but how do I watch it on now tv I have an account for now tv but can't find the film

But were you signed in with a Sky TV account or your Now one, or are you not sure ?

I was signed in on my sky account and purchased a film

If you purchased the film via your Sky account then I don't think you will be able to view it via your Now as Sky and Now are seperate so you would need to also purchase it via your Now one to watch it on one of their devices. You should be able to watch it via your Sky account seeing as that who you purchased it by.

I can watch it via my phone but it won't allow me to stream via my phone to tv but it states avaliable devises and its says via now tv

Your post isn't very clear, what app and what account are you signed into via your iphone, so are you using the Sky Store app with your NowTV account ?

@Danny1985diz  you need to use the Sky Store app on a Now TV box.

There is no access to Sky Store on Now TV apps.

I'm having the same problem,  I don't have a sky box or a now tv box,  you can watch it on your phone but won't allow mirroring onto your tv,  I have now tv app on my tv which sky says you can view from but it's not there

Do you have a Chromecast, LG TV ? Roku box ?

they should all work

No I don't.  

I did look at the chrome cast app and downloaded it but still couldn't get it to work 😫
