How to download Sky VIP Free Movie onto laptop

Hello Everyone

I have just had an email from Sky re downloading a free "movie" - far too american for me!  Anyway, I would like specific instructions as how to  download, as well as how much choice there is., i.e. 50 - 100.  My laptop has Windows 10, bought new last August and am still getting use to it.  Never downloaded a film (much better word) onto any device - first timer. 

If you need any more info/details on the above, just ask, as long as it isn't too personal.

This is a link from which - after you click it and if you qualify for a free buy and keep film - you will see a choice from which you can choose. You will need to be signed in to Skystore 

It must show as £0 for it to be free

You should see a link to download it. It will download on to a very obscure folder on your PC and will be split in to sections and encrypted to make it possible for you to view it but impossible for you to share with others 

You can then view it from your PC or send it to your Sky box to view from there
