How to claim movie reward for gold vip

I've went onto the my sky app but nothing to click onto for my vip reward don't know how to claim it can anyone help

If you login to the Sky Store website here do these titles appear as £0.00, you will need to select them to see the price:

Logged in then clicked on the conjuring movie which is 13.99 which is the amount reward is but not coming up 0.00 still charging me

As @caesarome mentions - if the movies don't show as £0 then you would be charged 

 

I wonder - how recently did you sign up as a VIP ? It can take up to 4 days from registration for the free movies to appear

Is this a £13.99 voucher you have been sent, in other words have you got £13.99 as credit, is so does this credit appear on yor account here under "Credit Ballance":

It was an email from sky as I've moved from silver vip upto gold vip it was sent 5 days ago

I've not heard of an additional free movie for transferring from silver to gold (although this may be a more recent change I missed )

 

Do you recall if you were given a free movie when you first joined VIP (as a silver VIP) - it should still be in your "purchases" if you did - that could be your free one

 

In the email - does it definitely say there is an additional free movie in the wording ?

It says to redeem sign into sky app then accept terms and conditions but when I click on there terms and conditions there's no option to accept them just explains them I've had the my sky app for 3 years now although I've just been moved from silver to gold so does that mean I need to reaccept the terms and conditions thanks

You may have already accepted them in the past @Tocher 

 

It might be worth trying a livechat with the Skystore team using this link - just to clarify if Sky are actually offering you a 2nd free movie for transferring to Gold (if you already received one when you were a silver VIP)

Like I say @Tocher 

 

just looking at condition 3 (one per household) it could be very relevant if you have already had a free welcome movie even if some time ago 

 

So - in your purchases do you see a movie you were given free (rather than one you bought ?)

 

If you're uncertain- I would suggest using the link I posted earlier to livechat. They will also clarify if this email is offering you a second free movie (if indeed you've already had a free one )

Anyone know what happens when you already brought a sky vip movie and sky offer that movie as being a sky vip member.Just had a email today to say can get Godzilla versus Kong.

There is nothing you can do if you have previously got the film for free.

I already brought the movie from sky store then it was offered as sky vip reward today on there email.
