Have you checked in your Recordings - Purchasing section as it will not go direct to recordings

I ordered the film on my phone and then have sent it to my box. Wondering how long it takes from that.it isn't in any of the following just yet

I was just a bit worried that it was a rental as you cannot send these to your Q box if ordered over the phone.

Did you check in the Purchased section?
