How do you restore your downloaded movies on sky store

I have some movies downloaded on my tablet that I purchased on sky store.

When I try to play them it won't ply it gives a message Go online to restore downloads. 

How do you do this?

It sounds like the movies are not currently downloaded on to your tablet. 

If your tablet is presently connected to wifi - what happens when you click (within the Skystore app) on one the movies you have bought ?

Do you see a screen with an option to download ?  (My photo might take half an hour to appear)

No matter what programs I try and download it says

"There's a problem downloading this selection at the moment"

There is no issue with my Internet and I also reinstalled the sky store app

Have you tried rebooting your broadband router ?

Sorry I meant to say yes that is the screen I see when I go to download. 

I when I press download it asks me if I want HD or sd and when I select the error box is displayed

I tried rebooting my router.

I reinstalled the sky store app. 

I don't have an issue streaming the movies or episodes.

When I try to download a film or episode after I select the "Download Options"

I get the message 

"There's a problem downloading this selection at the moment."

I think you will need to contact Sky Store support about this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

There is a good livechat option for Skystore which is open till 7.30pm
