How do you get the picture to work on a rented film?

We have rented Godzilla v Kong but can only hear the sound not see the picture.

@Kenny-J suggests  this 

 

"As this film is a Premier film, there is added security built in, you can only watch this via a HDMI cable compatible TV, if for example you have HD+ box with RF connections and try and play of a 2nd TV the film will play with sound but no picture, a message will be displayed that it can only be viewed via a HDMI connection. If your main TV is only connected by scart the same message will be displayed."

I also rented Godzilla vs King Kong, movie played but no picture. My tv is HDMI compatible. Any help would be great.

Can you give a bit more detail regarding your setup. Sky Q or Sky HD ? Main TV or secondary ?

Plug a hdmi lead into the tv to sky box and change your tv setting to hdmi 1/2 depending which one it’s plugged into 

it will play from here
