How do I use my piggy bank to buy sky store vouchers - I don’t see the option to buy?

I've got lots of data in my piggy bank and have only just realised I can use it to buy movies etc but this option dies T come up on the app for me, I can easily put it towards a new phone or accessories or roll it to my childrens sims but not buy...where am I going wrong?

The section on Skystore vouchers says this 

Sky Store vouchers

To get a Sky Store voucher:

1. Go to the 'mobile accessories' section in the Sky Shop.
2. Sign in with your Sky iD to see your available Piggybank rewards.

You can buy one Sky Store voucher at a time. To buy more than one, you'll need to place them as separate orders.

Each Sky Store voucher you use counts as an accessory on your Sky Mobile account. Max. 50 accessories per account.

I cant find out how to but sky store vouchers with my piggy bank data. The ad on tv says we can but i cant see how to.

I haven't seen the add but the key thing to remember here as it isn't always possible to do this as this option does come and go throughout the year so if they are not showing in the accessories section as mentioned by @mike+simmonds in his post then at the moment it looks like it isn't possible to cash the data in for them.

Was looking for it as well, in "Store", there's a Filter button, it shows Sky Store Vouchers, but when you click on it it says 'sorry currently unavailable'.  Shame, because this is how we can watch 'discounted' new film as a family at home before. Hopefully it will show up soon.

I had a phone call from a Sky advice tonight and they informed me I could exchange by Piggy Bank rewards for vouchers to watch movies.  So have tried and it doesn't work just keeps saying 'unavailable', seems this is a bit of a con by Sky then....!   When you try the only thing you can get is Phones, iPad and phones accessories, but not much use then you have them already... So piggy bank rewards just sit there 😤

Unless things have changed very recently the person on the phone has misinformed you. Sky store vouchers were available in the past but to the best of my knowledge haven't been for well over a year..

Every so often on here we do see posts like yours saying that they have been told they are available again when they are not. I'm not sure where people are told this but sometimes you do have to treat what Sky CS with caution.
