How do I get my free movie?

My question is not listed in the topic area so I've chosen one at random. That's what happens with all these pre-prepared forms designed to drive your customers where you want to go and not where they want to go. My question is : How do I get my free movie? I DO REQUIRE AN ANSWER

You are talking to Sky customers here only.

Did you install the MySky app and activate the VIP program then claim you free sky store film from the rewards section if it appears there for you ?

Once you have done this these films should show as £0.00 for you were logged into this link with your Sky ID and password:

https://www.skystore.com/n/mvse/all-offers/sky-vip-welcome-gift

You can also go to the Sky Store on your Sky box and choose a movie from the Sky VIP section but again as they must show as £0.00.

If they don't then contact the Sky Store support team who will be able to help you with this:

I too, cannot access my free movie on my Sky box. Ihave followed the instructions but all movies displayed indicate payment. I have gone all the way through the Sky Help but have ended up back here. I gone through Sky>My account and also Sky VIP Rewards and viewed the online videos but I can't see any free/reward movie. Is this a a Sky scam to get customers to sign up for new products? A bit like the 'Win Elvis' Bones' scam of a few years ago.

There are more advantages to us as customers - signing up for Sky VIP than there are to Sky- so no need for them to try to scam us I'm sure

This just helped me today after I couldnt get the My Sky App to work on my old phone.

A nice Advisor sorted it for me and I've just downloaded my free movie ! 😀
