How do I find my sky store rental from last night

Hey folks. On Sky stream,, and used sky store via the box to login and rent a film. 
watched half of it yesterday. Now want to watch the other half. 

Can't find it anywhere....

 

what am I missing?

 

I checked some FAQ's I found but that didn't help.

Depends when you first pressed play to start watching it - even if for 1 second. 

on a rental you only have 48 hours from that time. 

Was it a Sunday or earlier rental and did you try it then ?

When you rent a Sky Store film you have 7 days to start watching it and when you do this changes to 48 hours so if it has been longer than 48 hours since you started to watch it then it will have been removed so when did you first play ?

Hi both. Rented it 26 hours ago (yesterday evening) and watched the first half.

Hmm @scoob198 

 

Which movie ? 

I just wanted to look for myself to make sure there isn't some sort of "24 hour" window for a particular movie - can't believe there is. 

Best advice has to be to try to chat to a person (getting past the AI) on the Skystore support team- open at 11am tomorrow. Ask where the rental has gone and ask if they will allow you a goodwill rental (would be my suggestion)
