How do I check my sky store credit?

Hi @Millsy1983 If you go to the sky store website, you will be able to see how much credit you have left.

Hi just as a follow up.query to this, I have £6 credit on my sky store account but when I try to redeem it, it wants me to enter a code. I don't have a code, I already have the credit? How do I actually.use my credit to buy a film? Thanks

You can only redeem the credit via the Sky Store website which I presume you are trying to do and if the film is £6 or less it should use the credit once you select the Buy option on it.

You can only use credit on the website or possibly via the Sky store app. You can't use it via your Sky Q box.

So if I use credit via the website to  purchase a film will it be available in the sky store/ recordings on sky q box? Ones I hve purchased already on the box appear in th store/app online I just don’t know if it works the other way round?

That is correct so long as it is a Buy and Keep title and not a rental one. Any Buy and Keep ones your purchase will appear on your Sky Q box.

Engineer visit has been rescheduled so I was given credit but undsure where to see that available credit

Hi @immilankita  Unless you were told that the credit you were given was for the SKY Store, I would have thought the credit would be applied to your SKYQ TV account, and would come off your next bill?
