Hi I rented the new trolls movie but ordered it in uhd by mistake, it won't let me cancel it so I can get it in normal hd any advice please thanks

There is a nice easy fix for you with this @Johnmick . Delete the UHD version and go to Recordings > Manage and delete it again, then you can download the correct version.

Hi I'm having th same problem. I've deleted and when I o back to the movie it doesn't give me the option to download again only 'watch' and it's in uhd. I don't want uhd. Any ideas?

Hi @Naeco017

As well as deleting it, you then have to go to your deleted folder and "delete forever"

If you are on Sky Q, that's in Recordings / Manage

Once deleted from that folder you can then download the version you want

After deleting it did you then delete it from the deleted folder ?

Yeah I did nothing happened still only let's me watch in uhd when I go back to the movie.

Did you go back to the skystore tab and re rent the correct version ( HD/SD) ?

If you rented the UHD on your Sky box and could not view it - you won't have been charged for the UHD version
