Hi I have purchased 2 movies and can't see either, I go to my purchases in recordings and get this message, To see your purchases, you must be connected to broadband. Please check your settings.
I have wireless internet connection so does that mean I have wasted my money?
cheers Skip

Do you have Sky Q ? Wifi is fine if that's what you have - but it sounds like your box doesn't think it's connected to your wifi
Have a look in your Sky box on-screen menu and see what's showing for your connection in setup / network. If you don't have a tick - follow the prompts.
Have a look at Sky Store – A quick guide for users
Have a look at Maximising the sound quality of your Sky Soundbox

I tried resetting my Q box, re-establishing connection to router etc... but nothing worked.
Then about an hour later (24 hours after we noticed the problem) the issue resolved itself! 🤷🏻♂️

Reset settings worked for me.
hover on settings, 001 select, choose reset then reset settings. Restart box, re-pair remote and now it works.
