Finding free movies for Sky VIP reward

On the Skystore drop down there is no "view your library"

I have now looked online and My Library does not list the free film, only the films I have previously purchased.

Indeed I did. Is there a time limit in which to watch it?

There is no time limit for Buy and Keep films hopefully the Sky Store support team can help so you with this.

I have Live chatted to Sky Store regarding this and I must say they do not read the messages. I said it was a free movie by Sky VIP Diamaond Reward. I was asked on two occasions in the same chat how much I paid for it.

I've given up in the end and will watch it on Amazon Prime and wont even bother with any future VIP offers. 

A total and utter waste of time by Sky. Dont know what VIP means to them!
