Film rented and paid for will not load
Rented film and started it. Loaded ok, soon as paused it will not load the rest. Spent 13.99 on film so not very happy about this

If you didn't download the UHD versuon by mistake (and this does happen) you could try deleting the film, make sure it is also deleted from the deleted section and then download it again, you will not be charged a second time but you must finish watching the film within 48 hours now that you have started it.
