Film refunds after caancellation of sky

Have just cancelled sky. I have a load of film bought on digital download. Now I can't access them. I have paid for them legally they are mine.  How do I get them, it would be.like me selling a car to someone, and not letting them drive it.

Pretty sure the Buy and Keep terms and conditi0ns make it clear that your purchases are available while you remain a Sky subscriber.

@Barry434  You can still access them via the sky store app for mobile devices so no refund is due

@Barry434

What you can't do is use Sky hardware to access the purchased content.

Edit: actually it might be possible to use the Sky Store app on a non-subscription Sky Glass television set.

@Barry434

You can still have access to your Buy and Keep films but not via a Sky+ box but to do so you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support to ask them to change your account to a Sky Store only one.

You can get in touch with them via a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

@Mark39 Sky Store buy and keep and rental content can be accessed without a Sky Subscription using.....

Android and iOS mobile apps

LG webOS TVs

Goggle chromecast devices

NOW TV boxes and sticks (only available second-hand)

Roku devices
