Have just cancelled sky. I have a load of film bought on digital download. Now I can't access them. I have paid for them legally they are mine. How do I get them, it would be.like me selling a car to someone, and not letting them drive it.

What you can't do is use Sky hardware to access the purchased content.
Edit: actually it might be possible to use the Sky Store app on a non-subscription Sky Glass television set.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can still have access to your Buy and Keep films but not via a Sky+ box but to do so you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support to ask them to change your account to a Sky Store only one.
