Film not available that I paid for

I paid to rent Out of Africa but only watched 20 mins, now cannot get the film?

Assuming your first 20 minutes was over 48 hours ago as suggested by @nigea99 - this is something we  experience often on the forum

 

the best solution i can suggest for you is to live chat with the Skystore support team when they next open (from 11am tomorrow)

 

explain it was a genuine misunderstanding and ask if they will allow you a goodwill rental.
