Everytime I press play it logs me out of sky store

I have a now tv box plugged into my tv and I have sky store downloaded on there . Everytime I go into sky store I go to my library to watch a film and when I click play it logs me out and takes me back to the now TV page . It lets me play trailers and lets me buy films but won't let me play the movies. Any ideas on why.? I've factory resetted my now TV box. Unplugged everything and still no joy.

Same thing is happening to me 🫤 try everything and still won't play my film just take me back to the now tv Home Screen

Hi I have the same issue have been trying to sort it for 3 days. reset box just boots me out even trying trailers.

has anyone sorted theirs yet. TIA

All of a sudden its working for me now. Wondering if sky has sorted it .. not sure but I'll see how long it works for ..
