Error download for film purchased

Hi

 

I l purchased the film Barbie and get an error message and unable to play it.

amount has already been debited in my account.

 

error message

because of a technical issue, your download couldn't be completed. Please try again later.

 

I keep trying , rebooted the box etc nothing has worked.

the issue froze the screen and I had to resetup my remotes etc 

 

not sure whay happened. Can someone help ?

I would suggest trying to archive the part download you have (if it's a buy and keep) or delete / delete again from your deleted folder (if it's a rental ) - then download again. 

if that doesn't help - try a livechat with the Skystore team

tried it all nothing worked ( it is a buy and keep)

it is in my list of ourchased but when I click on it to play I have the error message.

it actually does that to all the films purchased I have.

 

ur live chat is unavailble .. 

 

any idea what to do next please ?

I have email but says takes 48 hrs to reply ..

I find livechat the best @VR2020 

 

It's definitely "open" until 7.30pm although when the queue is over a certain number it won't show as available.  Keep trying from time to time. 

if you can wait that long and you are free to try  - I find a good way to get on to live chat is to log on at 10.55am (tomorrow) and wait till it opens at 11am. I've got on 2/3 times by doing that

When "live chat" times out and returns unavailable wait a few minutes and try again and keep trying ... there's a limited number of sessions available.

I'm having the exact same problem with this film, I've purchased it and it just won't play

Yes not help anywhere ... have been told to call another number cuz apparently it s my box .. but can see so many people having issues.

now all films purchased I have same error message..

 

another admin thing to add to my list to deal with .. so annoying
