Error 1100 on Sky Glass for Sky Store purchases

I upgraded to new Sky Glass TV last Oct but cannot play any Sky Store purchases as I get an Error 1100. This occurs when I tried to play for first time and device was registering. When I tried again it said o couldn't play on unregistered device and to try again on the 1st of the following month.

I have had support emails from Sky and tried everything but still an issue. Seriously considering dropping Sky altogether as this is nonsense at this point.

Anyone able to help?
