Downloaded rental movie not showing

I have downloaded Wild Mountain Thyme on HD it showed a black screen with sound. I deleted it and downloaded again and the problem remained. I then downloaded and paid for the SD version and the problem is still there. The trailer works when u select to try it.

Are you watching this via your main Sky+ box or a TV connected to it via a TV link. I ask this because it is a Sky Store Premier rental film it can only be watched via your box itself and not via a TV connected via the link.

Just wanted to mention - if you downloaded both HD and SD versions, as you started to view the HD version (I realise audio only) - just check you haven't paid 2 lots of £13.99

my guess is that you may have been charged for each movie and if so - I would suggest live chatting to the Skystore team here
