Downloaded Tom and Gerry about an hour ago. The screen is black but have sound.

Hi downloaded Tom and Gerry for my son to watch for his birthday today. Went to put it on but the screen is black, there is sound anybody know what can be causing the screen to be black please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You need to view it on your Sky+ box that is connected to a TV via a hdmi cable so if you are trying to view it via a TV that is connected to a TV via a TV link then it will not work as you have found, this is due to rights restrictions imposed on by Sky by the big movie studios.
