I purchased a series but it will not allow me to watch the last episode.

it just keeps saying pending after 5 days.

I deleted it , turned my sky off re-download and it's stil not working.

Have you also deleted it from your Deleted folder?

Have you tried archiving the episode then seeing if you can download it again ?
