Don't forget you need to claim your reward link not working

I renewed my sky package and was told I'd receive a link for sky store vouchers. However when I click within the email 'Don't forget you need to claim your reward' i click on the link within and get a message 

Whoops, there's been an error Sorry but we are having technical difficulties. Unfortunately, we have not been able to process your request.

Any idea please how to find?

Sometimes, trying a different browser and / or different device helps. 

if not - the Skystore livechat is open from 11am today
