Discount not taken off skystore purchase

Has anyone else tried to redeem the £3 off a movie in sky store, via the email link, and still been charged full price for the download?? Barbie is showing in the email as being a movie that's applicable and I'm within the 30 day expiration limit yet I've been charged full price for the movie 😡
