Despicable me 4 - bought but not available. Why isn’t it showing when it was already released and w?
Despicable me 4 - bought but not available. Why isn’t it showing when it was already released and why gave you charged me £19.99 when it is not released as promised.
I was meant to be for a kids party tonight and they are hugely disappointed.

Your not talking to Sky. We are fellow subscribers. Have you tried the guidance on Sky's support site? Specifically the unable to watch a purchase section: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-store-sky-glass
Failing this you will need to call Sky.

For unknown reasons issues with these pre-orders do crop up so the solution is to contact Sky Store support so if you don't want to call as per what @mikealanr has posted above there is a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
