I relocated in 2021 from the north west to the west midlands. I updated my billing address and my Sky Store address at that time. In recent months, I have ordered 2 DVDs/Bluerays and both went to my former address. Fortunately, I have maintained a Royal Mail redirect since then but intend to stop at the end of December. How has this happened and can Sky guarantee it won't happen again?

I did as you suggested and after an hour of chat, it emerged that there are radio buttons within the Sky Store account (which I had never accessed as an "old" Sky customer i.e. pre 2000). I suspect that internal Sky IT changes mean that, my simply telling Sky ID as invited that both my billing address and Sky Store address had changed following relocation ( and still showing after 2.5 years later), no one had told me to then log in to Sky Store and click the radio button next to my new address (listed in Sky Store) to change future deliveries from my old address to the new one. Brilliant work!
Anyway, I've clicked the little radio button now and will test (tomorrow after overnight processing) with another purchase. Thanks for your help @caesarome

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you login to your online Sky Store account here is your address correct, if not are you able to change it here:
https://www.skystore.com/n/aacc/my-account/account
If it is correct then it might be worth contacting the Sky Store support team about this as they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
