Charged for a movie rental which didn't work

I tried to rent a movie on Sky Store for £3.49.  I pressed play to start watching it and it didn't work.  I tried cancelling, then re-renting and was charged another £3.49.  This still didn't work.  I ended up buying the movie for £7.99!  

Does anyone have a phone number so I can speak to a human and explain the above?  I can't find one anywhere!!

For Sky Store they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here along with other options:
