Re: Charged for a film i did not order
It's extremely rare for this to happen where no one has (even accidentally) clicked an order page
typically we hear of children / visitors playing and ordering accidentally.
but to resolve the issue the best thing is usually a live chat with the Skystore team. They are open now and till 7.30 this evening
https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us
They are usually helpful and understanding

Re: Charged for a film i did not order
As well as what @mike+simmonds has said you also have to enter a pin to make a purchase as it isn't possible to order any film without doing this.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

On Sky Q there is an option to turn off the PIN requirement for rentals (as @caesarome says - not buy and keep purchases )
If you are on Sky Q - was it a rental @Springfield007 ?
is the option switched on or off in your settings ?
parental / manage / PIN on purchase
