Cant watch movies which i have purchased on sky store

Hi I have purchased some new movies on sky store but it is saying that I can't add a new device until the 1st of June how can I change that as now that I have paid for some movies I cannot wach them I can't even wach the previous films and had no problem watching them a couple of weeks ago what can I do

I assume you are saying that you don't have access to your existing registered devices - and that you haven't changed a device this month ? 

if that's the case and something has gone wrong with your list of registered devices, best thing I can suggest is to talk it through the Skystore team to ask if they will reset your list and allow a change ?

You should be able to watch them on the device you purchased them on and if you have added a device already this month then as the message says you can not register another device until 1st June.
