This is quite a common issue, even with free films and is an easy fix for Sky so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:

I have sky glass  I've been a sky customer for 3year + when I go to the box office to download Casper it's charging me £7.99 anyone else had this ?

To view on Sky glass the terms say you need to go on to Skystore website on a device first and when logged in to your Skystore account -buy Casper for £0

you should then be able to view in on Sky Glass 

Edit:the wording is 

"Sky Glass customers: Must redeem the gift by logging into skystore.com using their Sky iD (compatible device, Sky Store account and payment details required). Once gift has been redeemed, it will then be available to view via the Sky Store app on Sky Glass."
