Cant find my free welcome gift for a free movie

Does the welcome reward expire? as im having trouble redeeming

If you have claimed it once then as long as these films show as £0.00 then you can select one:

 

https://www.skystore.com/n/mvse/all-offers/sky-vip-welcome-gift


You can also go to the Sky Store on your Sky box and choose a movie from the Sky VIP section but again as they must show as £0.00. If neither show as beinf free for you then get in touch with Sky Store support who should be able to help you with this:

The reward doesn't expire but what problems are you having ?

I cant seem to see it nowhere in my vip rewards section any more
